Use our form to record observations of guided reading sessions across your school. For each year group, observe the effectiveness of:
- Classroom organisation
- Planning
- Resources, including the text pupils read
- Questioning and dialogue
- Pupil progress
You’ll find a series of questions to help you observe each of these aspects, and space for you to set targets for individual teachers.
