Objective:

To develop my skills in [another area of the school's administrative system e.g. using the school's information management system] by spending [x] hours with [a named person] and attending appropriate training.

Success criteria

  • The staff member can demonstrate competency in the area of work identified
  • The staff member is able to fill in for the role described (in case of staff absence) or take on additional roles
  • The staff member has a greater understanding of other roles and responsibilities within the admin team

  • Feedback from line manager and/or other staff
  • Self-evaluation

To improve my knowledge of working in the school by spending [x] hours with [department/class].
