  • Charge for boarding provision on a full-cost recovery basis
  • Apply a rate of return of 8% on boarding charges
  • Determine fees and charges in accordance with the Department for Education's guidance on managing and charging for boarding provision and annex 6.1 of HM Treasury's guidance, Managing Public Money.
