Trade union facility time
Who must publish*
For schools, the responsibility to publish information about the amount of facility time taken each year by staff who are union officials lies with the staff's employer, which is the:
- Local authority for community and voluntary controlled schools
- Governing board for foundation and voluntary aided schools
- Trust for academies
The current relevant period is 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023 The data should be collected throughout each relevant period, and published at the end of it For the current
